Equestrian Western Australia (EWA), the state’s leading organisation for equine sports, is seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of equestrian pursuits in Western Australia. Representing disciplines such as Dressage, Eventing, Jumping, and more, EWA supports 2,700 members and 93 affiliated clubs while overseeing the iconic State Equestrian Centre in Brigadoon, currently undergoing extensive upgrades.

This dynamic role offers the chance to drive growth, foster sustainability, and inspire excellence within WA’s vibrant equestrian community. 

The Position
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Board, through the Chairperson, you will be responsible for managing EWA’s strategic goals with a focus on the growth and sustainability of equine sports in the state.

This role represents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on equestrian sports in Western Australia.
