Notice of Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting 2023
Dear member,
Please see attached information regarding the EWA Annual meeting (“AGM”) and Special General Meeting to be held at 5pm Friday 28 April, at the State Equestrian Centre. The Special General meeting will immediately follow the AGM to amend the Constitution to clarify the process regarding the withdrawal of a Board nomination during an annual election.
The 2022 EWA Annual report including the audited Financial Statements will be available to members approximately two weeks prior to the AGM.
Once the meetings have concluded, we will officially launch the NEW indoor arena surface with a ribbon cutting ceremony to be held at 6pm with an ‘Invitational’ jumping event to be held in the indoor arena after the formalities have concluded.
You are invited to join us to watch the ribbon cutting ceremony and invitational jumping event where some of WA’s top talents will be competing.
Food trucks will be available and the bar will also be open.
