2017 EWA Member Survey

We want your feedback!

The 2017 EWA Member Survey was created to help us understand what is important to our members to ensure our services and programs remain relevant in an ever-changing environment.

The survey is voluntary, confidential and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will help EWA, the SEC and our elected committees fulfil their responsibilities with evidence-based decisions.

The following prizes will be awarded to 4 randomly-selected respondents, in order of draw:

1. $250 EWA voucher
2. $250 EWA voucher
3. $50 SEC voucher
4. $50 SEC voucher

(Note: the EWA vouchers can be used towards memberships, horse registrations, transfers etc.)
