Equestrian WA offers a range of membership options to suit people keen to get involved in any level of equestrian sport.

Your Equestrian WA membership covers the duration of the calendar year. For example, a 2024 membership covers Janaury 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025.

A Note for Renewing Members
Renewals for all members from 2024 have been emailed via Nominate. Click on the link and you will be directed to MyEA. Just follow the steps, update any changed information, select Membership category and on the payment page you can enter credit card details for full payment, or you can select PayPal and be directed to the PayPal website and you can select to pay in four (4) payments.
if you are a renewing member please contact the EWA Office on 08 9296 1200 or email [email protected] to have your renewal form resent to you.
The monthly payment option via PayWay is no longer available, If you wish to pay in instalments please click on the link from your renewal, go to the MyEA portal and select PayPal as your payment option and select four (4) payments.

Competitor
Competitor Members are those that participate in and contribute to the competitive environment of equestrian sport.

Participant

Supporter
Supporter Members are those that contribute to the competitive environment of the equestrian sport but do not participate in competitions as a rider. They are recognised as having a significant contribution to the sport through their various areas such as coaching, officiating or the owning/breeding of horses.

Adult Riding
Adult Riding Members are those who are currently a member of an Adult Riding Club that is affiliated with both EWA and the Adult Riding Clubs Association of WA (ARCA).
An Adult Riding Member actively participates in equestrian sport activities in a club environment and may compete at events with their peers both interclub, intraclub and at EWA events that hold Adult Riding classes.

Recreational
Recreational Members are those who enjoy riding a horse in equestrian activities for pleasure, riding out or they may be a member of an equestrian club.
A Recreational member may have had limited association with EWA in the past and could be a member of an equestrian club that is outside of the EA sports. The EWA Recreational member will now be able to ride and own a horse with the safety of 24/7 Insurance.

* In the discipline of Show Horse only, EA-Affiliated Agricultural Shows are exempt from Show Horse entrants requiring EA membership. Entrants into all other club or affiliated events require Adult Riding or Participant Membership at a minimum.
