2024 EWA Annual Elections for the Board of Directors and Sport Committee Representatives (Term: 2025-2027)

The EWA Annual Election is scheduled for Friday, 8 November 2024, with voting closing at 11:59 PM.

Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors and Sport Committees will open on Monday, 2 September 2024, and close at COB on Sunday, 29 September 2024, with submissions accepted until 11:59 PM.

EWA invites members to submit nominations for vacancies on the Board of Directors and Sport Committees as the current term ends in 2024. The dedication of our Board and Committees is vital to supporting our sport and the State Equestrian Centre.

Our sport thrives on volunteer support, and many of you have the potential to make a meaningful impact. We seek leaders for the Board and Sport Committees. If you have the capability, please consider nominating yourself, or if you know someone with the leadership qualities that can benefit our sport, encourage them to nominate.

New ideas are essential for vibrant committees—we need passionate individuals to bring leadership and innovation. Although there are only a few positions open for election, all committees also have opportunities for appointing members. Those who are not elected may still be offered an appointed position to ensure a balanced mix of skills and representation. Nominations for appointed committee members will be called for after the elections.
